AI Strategy Assessment
Before you invest a dollar in AI infrastructure, let's make sure you're investing in the right things. We evaluate your environment, identify where AI creates the most leverage, and map a realistic deployment path specific to your organization. If you manage IT for regulated clients as an MSP, this assessment also maps where private AI fits inside your existing client network architectures - without overhauling what's working.
What's Included
Infrastructure Readiness Evaluation
A frank assessment of your current data environment, network architecture, and where AI can realistically plug in, without overhauling what's working. For MSPs, we also map how private AI fits inside your existing client network architectures across regulated verticals.
Use Case Prioritization
We identify the highest-ROI use cases for your specific industry and operational context - ranked by impact, feasibility, and compliance exposure.
Deployment Roadmap
A concrete, phased path from where you are today to a privately deployed, production-grade AI system - with realistic timelines and milestone targets.
Compliance & Risk Review
We map your regulatory obligations - HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, SEC/FINRA - against your AI ambitions and identify exactly where cloud-based tools create exposure. See how our architecture addresses each.

Common Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. The assessment costs nothing. Most AI projects in regulated companies fail for the same few reasons. We can spot those reasons in a 90-minute talk. Catching them early saves you time. After the talk, we tell you what we honestly recommend. Sometimes that is Cognetryx. Sometimes it is a different tool.
How long does it take?
The assessment uses two calls. The first call lasts 60 minutes. We learn about your setup, your rules, and how your team uses AI today. The second call lasts 30 minutes. We share what we found and what we suggest. Most clients finish in about two weeks.
What do I need to prepare?
You do not need to prepare anything. It helps if you have thought about your AI pilots, vendors you have looked at, or shadow AI you have noticed. We will not ask for any private papers, audits, or contracts. The call is a friendly conversation.
Who should be on the call?
Bring at least two people. One should know how your team uses AI today. This is often a CISO, IT director, or compliance lead. The other should know your infrastructure. This is often a CIO or head of IT. Most calls have two to four people.
What does the deliverable look like?
You will get a short written report. It runs three to five pages. The report covers four things. First: what we noticed about your current AI risk. Second: the rules that apply to your business. Third: the deployment options we suggest you look at. Fourth: the choices we think you should make first. The report is written for someone giving a briefing to leadership.
What if we are not ready to deploy anything yet?
That is normal. Most companies we work with are not ready yet. The assessment can still help in three ways. It can help you decide whether to move forward. It can help your team agree on next steps. It can help you talk about AI risk with your board.
Is the assessment under NDA?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA with you before we discuss anything private. We use a standard template. We are also happy to use your template if you have one.
