About

Why we built Cognetryx

Keith Kennedy spent nearly twenty years building server, datacenter, and security infrastructure for regulated companies. When AI arrived, every tool those companies were offered wanted their data sent to someone else's cloud.

So he built Lumen, the system a careful IT team would build for itself: AI on the firm's own servers, answers that cite their sources, and a log of everything the AI does. Cognetryx was founded in 2026 and is based in New York.

"I've seen firsthand how data breaches destroy companies. Cognetryx ensures your AI never becomes a liability."Keith Kennedy, Founder and CEO
